Received April 19, 12.10 a.m. EL PASO, April 18. Trouble between the United States and Mexico is impending, 15,000 Mexicans being reported as marching towards the border. VANCOUVER, April 18. The Mexican Senate defeated Carranza's Neutrality Bill, after a fiery debate. It favours entering the war as Germany's ally. Vast sums are being' spent to convert members of the Mexican Parliament who favour the United States, and more troops are being sent In the American border.
