Tlic High Commissioner's market report dated London, lows : Frozen Meat.—All descriptions of frozen meat arc in small supply, and there is no material change 'in the market. Prices remain unchanged. -Mutton: New Zealand, Bgd per lb, ewe szd; Argentine, !!kl. Lamb: New Zealand, <JP; Argentine, lid; Patagunian, exceptionally, llj,d. Beef: There are no. quotations for New Zealand owing to the short supply. Argentine chilled, hinds 9i,d, fores 7d. Butter.—The butter market Continues firm. Danish, salted, per ewt, 202s to 2045; Irish creamery, salted 185s to 188s; Canadian salted', 182s to 180s; New Zealand, sailed, 184s to 185s; Argentine, salted 180s to 182s, iinsalted 182s to l8l ; s; Dutch, salted, 178s to I^2s. Cheese.—The market closed firm at an advance. Canadian white, per cwt., 101s to 103s, coloured 101s to 103s; English Cheddar, litis to 112s: New Zealand, white, 100s to 102s, coloured Hills to Kl2s; Cnitcd Stales, Hats, white 90s to 98s.
