The Cologne Gazette, discussing Roumania's attitude, says that the Central Powers were able to hope for Roumania's assistance when they were confident of victory, hut now there is no longer anything to hope from Roumania. ROME, August 2G. Greece, to the Greek generals' refusal to evacuate the forts in Eastern Macedonia, has informed Germany that the Government is no longer master of the situation, and Germany ordered the Bulgarians to discontinue their advance and evacuate the territories occupied.
