Pegler (Harapi|ii), and 1). Moloney (Kanivvhaniwha).
At a subsequent meeting of the directors .Mr Simrock was unanimously elected chairman. Mr Simcork, in thanking the shareholders, said that it would be the earnest endeavour of the company to produce the lime as cheaply as possible.
Certain amendments to tlio articles of association, which were read and explained by Mr English, were approved. A special meeting for the purpose of confirming this decision will be held at Messrs English and Luxford's offices, Hamilton, at noon on Thursday, September 14th. On the motion of Mr W. Wilson, it was resolved'to recommend to the directors that preference be given to shareholders over all orders for lime.
