NEW YORK, Dec. 27.
Mr. Roosevelt was invited to the peace dinner at which President Taft was the principal speaker. The President declared that the gathering was traitorous if those accepting the invitations did not fully approve its purpose.
The outburst was due to certain names being included in the official list.
