Breachblock Explodes.
FRENCH CRUISER'S ACCIDENT. ONE MAN KILLED. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received Sept. 21, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, Sept. 20. A breaeh'block on the cruiser Gloire exploded at Toulon, killing one and wounding fifteen others. CAUSED THROUGH BACK FLASH. NINE DEATHS REPORTED. (Received Sept. 22, 9.40 a.m.l PARIS, Sept. 21. The accident on the Gloire was caused by , a backflash from a previous shot exploding a cartridge which a gunner was carrying. Three more deaths are reported in addition to the six previously.
