ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 19. M. Stolypin, the Russian Premier, has succumibed to the wounds inflicted upon him by the assassin Bogrof. Towards the end he suffered unendurable pain and several times ejaculated " Death is creeping en." The>re was a brief improvement on M. Stolypin's condition when the lyullet had been extracted, but then his heart which was affected last year, yielded to the strain, and irternal hemmorrhage set in, causing death.
