It provides that the duties on goods the produce or manufacture of New Zealand imported by the South African colonies Cape Colony, Natal, Orangia, Transvaal and Southern Rhodesia) shall A be: Bran, Is; flour, 2s 3d; oats, If : lOd; wheat, Is per cental. Butter 2d per lb; cheese, 12 per cent ac valorem; meats, Id per lb. A 1 other goods, except spir its, '2-3 pel cent less than the duty which woult otherwise be paid.
