The San Francisco Hoard of Education lias informed Washington that Japanese children are sent to Oriental schools, where they receive the same privileges and advantages as other public school children. UNION AGITATORS. THE SITUATION DANGEROUS. LONDON. December!'. The Times' special correspondent sent to San Francisco, traces the anti-Japanese movement to labour union leaders and politicians. He points out how the Japanese have been humiliated in a thousand ways, bearing it well, but some losing their tempers, assaults on whites being frequent. The situation is dangerous. EXCITEMENT IN CALIFORNIA. ROOSEVELT'S MESSAGE CONDEMNED. NEW YORK. December 10. Excitement in California is on the increase. The railway companies are urged to provide separate cars for Japanese. Meetings are being held to denounce President Roosevelt's message.
