A REMARKABLE CONVERSATION. BEBLIN, November 20. The Munich Press publishes a remarkable conversation the Kaiser had with Dr. Gaughofer, the German novelist, wherein he avowed himsplf an ardent optimist. He said he intended to remain one. He was so confident of Germany's future that he felt worried over the prevalent dejection regarding the Empire. He intended himself to work on without being disheartened.
