♦ (Bv Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, NovembtrG. John Laffey, ao ex - publican, travelling on the railway in a firstclasa carriage on a concession ticket obtained through one J. Long, manager of a trade journal called The Tribune, who exercised hi-; claims as a journalist to apply for a privilege ticket which was given to and used by Laffey, was to-day fined 40s and costs. Long will come before the court later.
