A SUK UN REBUFF. BERLIN, October 31. A Polish petition which was presented to the Prussian Government against the daily detention by the Government of -3000 children for rrfusing religious instruc ion in Gei tnai, met with a stern rebuff. Herr Studt, Minister of I instruction, declared the regulations will be enforced by every means the law permits.
