The New Zealanders led from the start, and were alwavs in trout. The scores were as follows : Bee. Hancock, Gardner and Wheeler '25, beat Heave, Winnal, Moore, Gurry, 1"> ; Akhurst, Rennie, Manning and Keast, 16, lost to McDonald, D. Rowley, Cresswell and Bower, 27 ; Read, Osmond, Smith and Payne 2G, beat Counter, Basley, Thomas ami Moody, 2-j ; DevineJ Walter, Buchanan and McLaren 28 beat Schultz, Hardy, Sutherland and Barrett. 22 ; Black, Waddell, Scott and Sneddon, 31, beat Heatheote. Walker, Leslie and Hodges, 17 ; Count. Mi-Gibbon. Mowlein, and Bostall. 32, beat Evan, Morris, Enwood and A. Rowley, J2 , Bastings, Ledinghain, Rankin and I)all, 81. beat Lodge, Hoffman. (!. Rowlev and Harold. 82; totals: New Zealand IHI, locals 1 11. The visitors were entertained bv the local Association in the evening at the York Hotel. Mr Payne spoke I in complimentary terms of the promise given by the local bowlers, and said the Adelaideians had given the visitors a splendid time. An excellent concert programme was provided.
