CHANGES IN COMMANDS. LONDON, October 80. It is officially announced that the following changes are to take place amongst the naval commanders-in-chief early next year Admiral G. S. Bosanquet to command at Portsmouth. Vice-Admiral Lord Charles Beresford to command the Channel fleet. Vice-Admiral Sir C. Drury to command the Mediterranean Sea. Rear-Admiral Sir A. G. CurzonHowe to command the Atlantic fleet. Rear-Admiral Sir F. C. Bridgman to command the home fleet. ViceAdmiral Sir W. H. May becomes Second Sea Lord, in place of Admiral Drury. Rear-Admiral A. L. Winsloe become Fourth Sea Lord, in place of Captain Inglefield. Rear-Admiral Prince Louis of Battenburg is appointed second in command of the Mediterranean fleet. Rear-Admiral C. H. Adair succeeds Prince Louis in command of the Second Cruiser Squadron. Captain F. S. Inglefield, naval aide-de-camp to the King, is to commaud the Fourth Cruiser Squadron, vice Admiral Bosanquet.
