THE SOAP TRUST.
KYNOCK'S PREDICAMENT. LONDON, October 81. Mr Arthur Chamberlain, chairman of the Kynock Company, informed a grocers' deputation that Kynoek's were forced into the soap trade owing to an attempt to lessen the supplies of glycerine for cartridge making. Kynoek's were prepared to bear the brunt of the dearer raw material in order to enable the grocers to defeat the Soap Trust and obtain a livintr profit.
