CONDITIONS. All races to be run under the Auckland Racing Club's rules. All disputes to be decided by the Stewards whose decision will be final. Every protest to be accompauied by lsov., which will be forfeited if the protest be not sustained. No nomination or acceptance will be received unless accompauied by the necessary amount in cash.'
