CONDITIONS. Nominations for all races to be made to the Hon. Secretary, Hamilton,' before 9 p.m. on FRIDAY, November 30th., 1894. Weights to appear on or about SATURDAY, December Bth. Acceptances to be declared before 9 p m. on FRIDAY, December 14th, 1894. Five per cent: to be deducted from all stakes, to go to improvement of course. Nominations and Acceptances to be accompanied by the necessary amount k x cash. Any jockey riding except in colours entered will lie fimul 3 sovs. (This rule will be strictly enfoioed). Performances and description of horses and their riders' colours to be sent in with all nominations or acceptances. Definition of a Hack.—A hack is a horse that has uever won an advertised race (hack and hunter races excepted), and that is not. at the time of start, and hasnot been, during the three calender months previous to the time of start, nominated for any race—hack and hunter races excepted.
