(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH —COPYRIGHL), Sydney, October 29. H.Ms. Wallaroo left Suva, on the11th msfc. for Samoa, but had to return, owing to an accident to her machinery. The nature of the damage has riot been ascertained, but it is sufficient to detain the vessel for a •fortnight while repairs are being; effected. &
