The Czaiina is wheeled into the Czar's room a few times each day. The Rut-sift n. Embassy here has received muah better news, and it is now eveti hoped the Czar may still be able to sail for Corfu. Another bulletin reports that the Czar slept fairly, well last The dropsy has increased, otherwise his condition is unchanged. The Russian Embassy in London, announces that the Czar is much better, and that his appetite and energy are increasing. The latest Bulletin re the Czar states that he is improving, and is in better spirits. St, Petersburg, October 27. MM. Gunber and Gayon, the French specialists, have been summoned to Livadia, in order to perform an operation. / The Czarina is worse. ' ' : October 29. ' The Czar's condition is' unchanged. The Press refer in gratifying terms to Lord Rosebery's remarks, as to the Czar being the factor of peace.
