INFERNAL MACHINES.

A hoard of apparatus for infernal machines has been discovered at Marseilles, in a secret tunnel under the street from a workshop, The owner, an Anarchist, declared he was asked to hide the parcel by two' other Anarchists, All have been arrested. ' Berlin, November 29.
An infernal machine posted to the Emperor was detained by the Imperial Guards. ' ?; The President of the Reichstag returned thanks to God that the Emperor and Chancellor had escaped the machinations of their enemies.
