In Cambridge Eivst seven lots were passed ill, as also tlireo lots suburbs of Tu'jk;ui, and three lots m the township of Ilangiriri; Lot Bli, of tho suburbs nf Tuakan, containing. 5 acres, sold for £15 to Air l 1 rost, Tuakau ; Lot SS, containing 03 acres, went from the upset price (£lO 10-0 Cl> £- : >! being bought by Mr ljoyle, Tuakan ; township Lot 102, containing 1 nerd 33 perches, realised £o, Mr Frost being the purchaser. Mr Tonks sold by auction the privileges of the Auckland Racing Club, the grandstand bar being bought by Mr Canlton for .£22 ; lean-to bar £'33, Mr Quiulain ; sole right to cards £40, Mr Broomfield. The Auckland Trotting Club privileges sold as follows Sole right of refreshment ,£32, Mr Canlton ; cards £18, Mr Bloomfield ; gates £27, Mr Adams.
