(BY TELEGRAPH.—PUESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, Last Night. The proprietors of the Evening Post hav9 been served with a writ at the instance of Henry Roberts, printer, claiming £500 damages for an alleged libel contained in a paragraph published on February 11th, im-
puting' that he had been guilty of diihonor able condact, by offering to aenure to the Wellington Football Club the services of four of the Poneke Club's men for a monetary consideration. Roberts is a wellknown footballer.
