Ik consequence of the riotous behaviour of those on strike in Liverpool, an additional 500 troops went there, as it is believed the situation is grave. The rioters upset a load of grain driven by a non-Union man, and stabbed the carter. The mounted police were called out and dispersed the mob. The Liverpool strikers stoned the police constables during the riot which occurred there yesterday.
