CAMBRIDGE DAIRY COMPANY.

Shipment of Cheese for England. The Cambridge Dairy Association are forwarding ten tons of cheese to England by the s.s. Duke of Westminster, which was timed to leave Auckland yesterday. They had forwarded four tons only, but on Saturday afternoon at three o'clock they received a wire saying that they could have space for six Urns mure. The boxes had to be made, the cheese packed in them, and be delivered at the Cambridge station by 7 o'clock on Monday morning. The boxes numbered 120, and we expect Sunday must have been a busy day, for a procession of seven drays duly arrived with the cheese on board at the Cambridge station on Monday morning. This will be a relief to the cheesemaker. as he had this to turn over t'vo or three times a week.
