In the Magistrate's Court to-day, Garrett, Bros, obtained judgment for twenty pounds damages against two of their workmen, who, although under agreement for five years, went out on strike. One of the workmen deposed that he was only induced to leave his employment through threats made by the Union.

The bakers, at a meeting, resolved to raise the price of bread to 3d cash, 3W credit, owing to the rise in flour. Dr. Giles decided to-day that judgment summonses could not be enforced against a married woman.
