Losdo:*, January 26. In the House of Commons an amendment to the Address-in-Reply, moved by Mr J. W. Barclay, member for Forfarshire, to the effect that it was desirable legislation for improvement on farmers' tenancy, was rejected by a majority of 28, Mr Parnell and his follower* supporting the amendment.
