An excursion train will run fioiu Auckland to Te Awamutu, returning to town immediately after the l.tst race. Another train will rim from Mercer, stopping :it till stations. For the Hurdles, Waverley ought to catch the judge's eye hist ; and Mistake should be well up in the Maiden Plate. For the Te Awamutu Cup Handicap Snake or Alpha should furnish the winner, whilst tho Urplian requires watching for the Waikato Stakes Handicap.
