London, April 23. The cargo of frozen mutton in the steamship Lusitania .arrived in good condition. The Melbourne portion of the shipment realised 6id per lb. April 24. The trial of the, suspects who were arrested on charges of complicity in the murder of Mrs Henry J., S v myth, and the attack on Barlow Smith, and Lady Henrietta Monk, near Killnuan, West ineath, on Apiil 22, 1832, concluded today, when five of the men were sentenced to ten years penal servitude. It has transpired that a Note has recently been addressed to the European Powers by the British Government, suggesting that a Conference should be held to consider the presetit state of Egyptian affairs. ~ln their replies all the Po« ers have asssented to the principle involved, and it is understood that a meeting of European Plenipotentiaries will take place at an early date.
