Monday.— (Befoie Mr H. W. Northcroft, R.M.) RIOTOUS BKH WIOUR. John Hemponstall, convicted of drunkenness on Satuiday, was charged, on the information of Constable Murray, with being drunk «wd disorderly .it Hamilton East on Sunday, and creating a disturbance on the premises of Fonc Ngalnwi. The magistrate inflicted a fine of 30s, and costs, or foiuteen days' imprisonment in Mount Eden gaol. John Warbui ton, convicted of this offence, w.is dischaigcd, on entering into his own rfcoginsance^ for £10 to come up for bentence when caalled for.
