RESIDENT MA GIST R A TES' COURT, HAMILTON. Yesterday.— (Before Mr H. W. Northcroft, R.M.)
Domestic Felicity. Mrs Jas. T. Boon having laid a complaint against her husband for thicAtening language, the case was heard yesterday. The complainant and Constable Murray were examined. After hearing the case, his Worship did not consider there w.vsufficient evidence to justify him in binding the defendant over to keep the peace, and the case was accordingly dibinissed. Com pl.iinant then applied for a piotection order against her husband. He did not provide for her maintenance. Order granted.
