PUKEKURA EJECTMENT CASE. FINAL DECISION.— THE LESSEES WIN THE CASE. [BY TELEGRAPH.-OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Cambridge, Wednesday.
Mr E. B. Walker has received a telegram from Messrs Hesketh and Richmond to the effect that the appeal case, Ani Waata v. Grice, Walker and party, has been dismissed, with cost-!. This finally settles the case, which has now been before the public twelve months.
