FA RMERS' CO-OPE RATIVE ASSOCIATION.
Tun adjourned meeting of those interested in the formation of the above in Waikato, was hold last night at Tamahere, and although the attendance was much smaller than was anticipated, yet a very interesting discussion took place on the matter, and it seems as if the affair was going to be a decided success. No less than 1150 shares were promised to be taken by those present, and it was decided to send a representative round the district to canvass the farmers. When it is ascertained that some 2500 shares will be taken, a meeting will be held tostait the formation of the company on a proper basis. A full report of the proceedings will appear in our next issue.
