R.M. COURT, CAMBRIDGE. Yesterday. [Before H. W. Northcroft, Esq., R.M.] Civil Cases.
Wright v. Robie, claim £2 10s. Judgment for full amount and copts, £1 8s 6d. Riley v. Hoy, claim £7 15s sd. Mr Dyer for plaintiff, and Mr Beale for defendant. In this case Mr Beale urged the want of jurisdiction, and the case was accordingly struck out, with costs (21s) for defendant. Bates v. Arekatera, claim £6 8s 4d. Mr Dyer for plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff for full amount and costs, two guineas. Hoy v. Arekatera, claim £14 2s 7d. Mr Beale for plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff for full amount and coste, £2 10s. This was all the business.
