The second jury empannelled to try Symonds were locked up all night, and as they could not agree they were dischargedThe discharged prisoner will not he further tried this sitting, but will be remanded to next sitting. He has been arrested on a charge of forgery, which will be heard at the Supreme Court, Wanganui.
