Jellyman and Shadforth was adjourned lor, Magistrate's decision. I>. McGregor v. Catherine Ryan, claim for £2 13s 7d.—Aujourned till next court day to enable plaintiff to produce his lodger.

D. TueGrogor v. Peeler Taylor, claim £3 TGs for goods. -Mr Hunter appeared / for defendant, who disclaimed liability and plaintiff was non-suited.
