CLEARING SALE

STOCK AND IMPLEMENTS BEHALF ESTATE W. H. DAVEY The Hawke’s Bay Farmers’ Co-op. Assn. Ltd., in association with Messrs Hoadley, Son and Stewart, acting under instructions from the Public Trustee, report having held a very successful clearing sale at the farm. Lindsay, on account of the estate of W. H. Davey. There was a good attendance of buyers and bidding was brisk throughout. The stock came forward in excellent condition. Hornsby engine £l5; 1 3-stand Wolseley shearing plant £3O; 1 wool press £5 10/-; 1 set chain harrows £8 10/-; 1 13couiter M.H. drill £33; 1 8-aside M.H. discs 19; 1 R. and G. plough £8; 1 at £5 10/-; 1 R. and G. broadcaster, £2l 10/-; 1 M.H. hay rake £5; 1 tip dray £7; 1 dray and frame £4 10/-; 1 saw bench £8 10/-.
