WORKLESS BRITISH JUVENILES. LONDON, November 12. The “Daily Express’’ says that arrangements are being made to send 114.000 unemployed juvenile« back to school if they cannot find work within a year. Buildings are being adapted to meet new educational' needs and teachers are being enrolled. Tho attendance of the pupils at the schools will be at least 15 hours a week.
