The boy who was fatally stabbed yesterday has been identified as Albert Daniel Mollor r aged ten, of Fremantle. Laurence Oliver Mollor, aged 44, widower, the boy’s father, has been arrested and was to-day charged before the Court with the murder of his son. Public feeling is so high that the police were compelled to take special measures to protect the accused on route to the Court and also covered his face, to defeat the photographers. The accused was remanded. A post mortem of the hoy’s body reveals that he was stabbed twice, the second time clean through the body, the point of the knife emerging from the chest. The boy’s father is a seaman employed on a coastal steamer.
