YOUNG COUPLE’S QUEST
AMERY WEDDING TAKES PLACE IN ATHENS ATHENS, April 4. Mr John Amery, the son of Mr L .C. M. S. Amery, a former British Dominions Secretary, and Miss Una Wing, twenty-two-year-old film actress, were married here according to the rites of the Greek Orthodox Church, and accepted th-at religion. Since August last year, when Mr Amery, sen., cabled his refusal of consent to the marriage from Ottawa, where he was attending the Imperial Conference, the couple have been trying to get somebody to marry them. Mr John Amery, who was in partnership in film production, was not of age, last year, and a registrar in Chelsea, who was warned, refused to perform the ceremony. The couple rushed to Paris, but there, also, could And nobody to marry them.
