negotiations not ended BRITISH GOVERNMENT'S VIEW LONDON, March 8. Dominions Office circles deprecate the impression in some quarters that the butter restriction negotiations have ended. They admit that no further meetings are arranged, but the situation is so serious that it is thought that the negotiations must ultimately be resumed. The British Government hopes that the Dominions will realise that it might be more profitable to restrict than to continue to face the unparalleled glut.
