..APPEAL BY EDWARD TARRANT. AND JUDICATURE AMENDMENT (Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. Providing that the Judicature Amendment Bill, which passed all stages of the House of Representatives yesterday, becomes law in time for the hearing, the appeal of Edward Tarrant against his conviction for the murder of James Flood, at Picton, on November 3, will commence at Wellington on Wednesday.
