OVERSEAS TRADE

Of New Zealand FOR DECEMBER AND YEAR 1032 EXPORTS SHOW TOTAL INCREASE (Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. The overseas, trade figures for November are as follow: —Exports: £3,270,733, as against £3,338,184 for last year. Imports: £2,076.575 as against £1,793,658. For the twelve months ended December the exports totalled £36,965,780, as against £35,153,028 for 1931. Imports were £23.035.102, as compared with £24,812,958 for the previous year. The values shown for exports are the declared f.o.b. values in terms of New Zealand currency, while the imports have been valued on the basis of yalues in the exporting countries, plus ten per cent.
