Bear Mudguards Should be Painted
“The trouble is that cyclists rid three and four abreast at night withou lights, and are knocked down am killed,” said the county clerk at meeting of the Waitemata Count Council. It was decided to refer t the Counties Conference a proposa that all cyclists should paint th jrear mudguard of their machine wit white or luminous paint.
