<s> BEER BREWING CHARGES TWO STOREKEEPERS FINED (Per Press Association) ROTORUA, Last Night. Charged with brewing beer without a license, Letitia and Harry Mitton, storekeepers of Whakarcwarcwa, appeared before Mr S. L. Paterson, S.M., to-day and on separate charges each was convicted and fined £25. On a further charge of selling beer without a license, Letitia Mitton was convicted and discharged. Charges of supplying beer to native women brought against both accused, were withdrawn.
