FOR THE COATES SCHEME. OF UNEMPLOYED FARMING. WANGANUI, Last Night. The first gift of land in the Dominion under the Government small farm scheme was completed here today, Mr G. F. Moore, of Bushy Park, giving ten acres for immediate settlement.
