EARTHQUAKE SHOCKS
IN NEW. SOUTH WALES
PEOPLE GREATLY ALARMED
SYDNEY, Last Night.
Earth tremors continue to scare* the residents of Narromine. During ■ the week-end four additional shocks were felt. The rumbling continued for a considerable time over a wider area than before. People, rushed into the streets when the buildings shook, crockery rattled and pictures v swung out from the walls. Plaster ' fell from chimneys and crashed and. bricks Were split in the walls. The tremors were also felt at Wellington. Earthquake shocks w r ere also recorded at Narromine on March 2 and May 20. '
