SUICIDE OF A DENTIST
BY GAS POISONING IN HIS WORKROOM AUCKLAND, May 21. A verdict of suicide by gas poisoning was returned by Mr F. K. Hunt, S.M., coroner,, at an inquest concerning the death of a dentist, Francis Sinclair Shirriffs, aged 49. Deceased was found dead in his workroom in a Queen street building on Wednesday morning. He had a cloth over his face and a gas tube was in his mouth.
Deceased was a married man living with his wife at 11 Eden Crescent. He had no children.
