FROM DIRIGIBLE TO GROUND SCHENECTADY, N.Y., May 19. The dirigible Los Angeles whispered down a beam of light to the ground what she saw from the air as She cruised over this city to-night. The experiment with this new secretive system of communication was conducted by officers of the Navy dirigible and engineers of the General Electric laboratories.
