All ail 1 armaments can be used to some extent offensively, the Air Commission of the AVorld Arms Conference decided in a resolution, adding that the decision was without prejudice to defensive uses.
Previously the commission had rejected by 22 votes to seven a German resolution classing all military aviation as offensive and subject to abolition or internationalisation. Tn a warm tribute the Gorman delegate cited the A r ersa.illes Treaty as abolishing German military aviation because of its aggressive nature.
