Unemployment is the most serious problem that faces the people of the United States, in the opinion of Silas H. Strawn; president of the .Chamber of Commerce of the United States. This was the highlight of the address of the chief of the national business organisation at the opening session of the 20th annual convention at the Exposition auditorium on Tuesday night.
